Board Presentation Decks - development of creative business decks outlining retail plans for board presentations

New Concept Design - architectural and interior design for new free standing stores and pop-up spaces
Adaptive Concept Design - application of an existing concept design to new locations
Merchandise & Capacity Planning - SKU and assortment planning within new retail spaces
Back of House Planning - stockroom layouts and programming for back of house operations
Colored Renderings - 3D colored renderings of new or adaptive designs
Schematic Design Documentation - architectural and fixture design development drawings sets of new or adaptive designs
Furniture & Material Sourcing - sourcing and specifications for buy-out furniture pieces and architectural material finishes
Custom Furniture & Fixture Design -design, drawing, and development of custom furniture and fixtures
OWNER’S REPRESENTATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Owner’s Representation & Project Management - act as project leader to oversee & manage projects from real estate acquisition through design and construction to occupancy on behalf of the brand
Surveys & Project Set up - site surveys of new project spaces and set up of project outline
Code Review - initial code review of new project spaces
Landlord Coordination - oversight and management of all landlord coordination including reviews, communications, approvals
Budget & Invoicing Management - development of and management of project budgets, including invoice oversight and payment coordinations
Procurement - purchasing, management, and site coordination for all project procurement
Schedule Management - development of and tracking of total project schedules
Vendor Sourcing & Management - sourcing, interviewing, and management of all project teams including but not limited to: Architects, Engineers, Expeditors & Code Specialists, Custom Millworkers, Inspections, General Contractors, Specialty Subcontractors
Permitting Management - oversight and tracking of all permitting efforts
Construction Management - GC management, site visits, and weekly OAC meeting attendance
Close Out & Turnover - gathering and issuing complete package of close out documentation at close of project
