Jessica is an architectural designer, project manager, & brick-and-mortar expert who engages with founder-led Fashion brands to provide creative & execution services for new Flagship store projects.

Operating as a creative design + build studio, Jessica and her team service founder led fashion brands who don’t have a traditional retail division within their organization to fill the role of advising, designing, leading, and project managing new retail store projects.

Unlike a traditional Design studio or Construction Management firm, Jessica’s creative approach is one of partnership vs deliverables, where Jessica collaborates directly with the Creative Founder(s) to develop their brick & mortar visions into architectural reality, and oversees the entire execution to opening day on their behalf. This partnership allows the brand’s limited internal resources to be freed up and unburdened during the New Store process. Jessica’s execution involvement is deep, detailed, and client-centered ensuring the brand’s integrity and intentions are executed both flawlessly and within business expectations. During project executions, Jessica operates as an extension of the Brand’s company, holding close the brand’s values and protecting their intentions.

Jessica provides upfront strategy planning as well as comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end store design & construction, from the kick off through construction and turnover, to execute one of a kind spaces with an unlimited portfolio of creative resources and organized process structure for on-time on-budget completions.

Jessica specializes in producing one of a kind Flagship stores in both domestic and international regions, with a territory focus in New York.
